Our story began with a clear goal – to develop sustainable and energy-efficient buildings using timber as the primary structural material.

CMB Group Key Development Stages:
2005 – CMB was founded, initially operating in construction supervision
2008 – The company expanded its services to include structural design and engineering
2015 – CMB became one of the leading engineering consultancies in Latvia
2018 – CMB Housing Solutions (now CMB Prefab) was established
2020 – First export projects delivered in the European market
2023 – The timber structure manufacturing facility was expanded and modernized, strengthening industrial capacity and production efficiency
2024 – Development of innovative prefabricated facade renovation panels and launch of social housing projects in cooperation with Latvian municipalities
