CMB Prefab is part of the CMB Group, one of the leading engineering, construction, and construction supervision companies in the Baltics. Our story began with the goal of creating sustainable and energy-efficient buildings, using wood as the primary construction material.
With years of accumulated experience, we ensure an efficient and well-considered timber construction process, covering the full cycle from design and production to assembly and commissioning. Today, our solutions are used in Latvia and throughout Europe – in public building, residential, and renovation projects.
CMB Group Key Development Stages:
2005 — CMB established as an engineering firm.
2010 — CMB becomes one of the leading construction supervision companies in Latvia.
2018 — CMB Housing Solutions (now CMB Prefab) established.
2020 — First export projects in Europe.
2024 — Social housing projects for Latvian municipalities initiated.
2025 — Developed a renovation panel system for apartment buildings.
